Kefir is a fermented milk drink that promotes a healthy gut microbiome. It
contains many more beneficial nutrients and bacteria than yoghurt.
You will receive 15 grams of living fresh milk Kefir grains. We grow these grains in organic milk.
15g of grains is enough to make yourself one cup (250ml) of milk Kefir every
24 hours. These grains will multiply and grow over time and you will
have more grains to be able to make more Kefir.
The item will be shipped in a food-safe Ziploc bag.
Instructions on how to get the grains going are included.
